    Hi,

I am going to take my 93 accord 4 cyl manual with 206K km for emission
    test this saturday.
The gas tank is 90% full, and from the discussions on this group, I
know I need to take my car on highway and drive it a good half hour or
so before I go for emission test.

Any other suggestions so that it do not fail the test?

    Thank you in advance.

I was concerned about passing, so in addition to making sure my
engine was fully warmed up, I oxygenated my fuel by putting some
ether-based fuel injector cleaner into my tank ahead of the test.

I had always passed the test by a wide margin, but I thought adding
the fuel injector cleaner couldn't hurt and thought that it would
at least help with the CO readings.

    I also have a 1993 accord.

  3. Do you have a history of issues? If not, I'm not sure you should be that
worried. My 91 4-cyl manual with 160k miles (~256K km) has passed with
good margin each year (including the every-other-year dyno testing).

I've driven the car probably 15-20 min on the way to the testing
station, but then had to shut it off while I waited in line. No
    problems. Well good luck.
