99 Honda Civic power window won't roll up all the way

I rolled my window down this evening and now it won't go up all the
way. It was a bit hesitant to roll down at first due to the cold
weather. The window only goes about half way up. It will still roll
down all the way. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how I can
fix this? Thanks.

I'd try using a hair dryer to warm up the window area. Perhaps the cold
weather is freezing it from working properly?

it's probably fallen off the track, take off the inner panel and put it back
on the track. once it is back on the track spray tracks with silicone lube
