99 Civic Winter Idling Issues

    Hey guys I'm told I need to replace my EACV... had it cleaned...
    worked great for approx. a month then back to the same...
    I was told there was some debries found in the valves or something.

    In the winter she idle's fine til the car warms up... then it'll drop to
    around 400-500rpm
    when I come to a stop... and if I sit there she'll rise up to about 700-800
    which seems
    normal. If I drive for long distances like say an hour... first time I stop
    guaranteed stall.
    It's a pain in the ass... everything in the car basically loses power...
    can't be good!

    Anybody got a source for a cheaper used one?
    They're crazy expensive new.
