If by leverage you mean "torque," then....

    F * D = T where F = turning force in lbs applied by operator, D = length
of lever arm in inches or feet and T = total input force applied in
    inch-lbs or ft-lbs.

In plain English it's called a force multiplier. If your "techs" don't
understand this, it's time to fire them all or send them back to school
    for some rudimentary physics.

If by leverage you're referring to something completely different well,
then...we'll still assume you're not quite right and go about our
    regularly scheduled lives.

Can we assume you do not buy your own tools? LOL

No, but you can assume that I buy GOOD tools instead of some cheap

Isn't it funny how this idiot just "fads away" from a thread he has been
beaten to a pulp in? Never explaining himself or offering proof, and
    ignoring written and documented facts.

What makes him look even more stupid, is that he assumes no one takes
notice...he just chimes in later on a different thread...making up shit,
gets caught, and does it all over again.

What a poor pathetic loser he is...I actually feel sorry him.

And for Mikey, you'll notice that NOWHERE in my post did I ever say
using a force multiplier was recommended, just that it will indeed work
    in a pinch.

Didn't say you did, but you seem to be defending the use
of a pipe on a breaker bar as advisable. I have more important
things to do then spend more than a few minutes
    in the NG's, bye

Hey, you asked for an explanation about increased leverage, you got an
explanation, complete with a basic physics equation. Don't get all
pissy because you were wrong again, or because I pointed out another
time when you went out and attacked someone who's understanding of
networking was WAY above yours. Besides, I thought you left all those
things to the "young turks" who run your network?

And, based on your 6 posts to r.a.m.h today, I'd say that you really
don't have anything more important to do other than troll a newsgroup.

Your an idiot. You leave out the details of the said scenario, to fit your
    attacking agenda.

If you remember, the person was working in a driveway with no air tools. He
was trying to remove a large seized (rusted?) axle nut.

My advise was heat, penetrating fluid, and a bar to get more leverage on the
    breaker bar.

There is *NOTHING* wrong with this advise given the scenario, and if you or
your bulb changers disagree, it only shows how incredibly ignorant you are.
    LOL! LOL!

Nice excuse on why you suddenly "bow out" of (losing) discussions. Sorry
Mikey...were not that stupid...we have you pegged.

You have proven you know very little about automobiles, engines, and the
industry. It has also been proven *MANY* times that you lie here.

There's some things you just cant hide from Mikey. :)

Only in your small world. I guess if the guy didn't have
a hammer you would suggest he use a 14" pipe wrench to
    do the hammering? LOL

    What is?

Why is it you are so vague when backed into a corner?
Only if he was hammering your head. :)

  11. Isn't it funny how you keep reappearing under different handles after
being run out of other newsgroups? Isn't it funny how you cannot even
use proper grammar (or spelling) when calling someone an "idiot"?

You are a just an OSU flunky living a life of mediocrity.

What I've found funny about Netsock is how he has no idea that his
CONSTANT witchHunt of this bozo has lowered himself into the pit right
along Mikey. (Note to Netsock--we're smart enough to know what size
grain of salt with which to take Mr. Multiple Screen Names' info.)

I do get a chuckle out of his inability to sound truly intelligent while
he's putting someone else down. One of my favorite lines in Usenet is
    "Your and idiot." LOL.
And I don't care to count how many times he's used it in an attempt to
    put him down.

It's not necessary to poke fun at "Mike" for his poor literary skills. He's
factually wrong enough that he makes an easy target.

I actually feel kind of sorry for him. He must be pretty dissatisfied with
his life if he's constantly making up stories like a 12 year-old.
