'91 Prelude SI surges at idle

    Surges at an idle hot or cold. Use to only do when warmed up but now does
    all the time. The idle control valve was replced and a vaccum leak at the
    intake manifold was fixed but no change. Any sugestions? Thanks

    The oxygen sensor is a possibility. Is it the original one?

    The EGR valve checked out ok.

    Sorry if this sounds too basic, but is the coolant up to the MAX line on
    the plastic reservoir, and the rad full?
