91 Integra overheating problem

If I'm sitting at a stoplight, the temperature guage creeeps up very
quickly. However, if I rev the car up, it goes back down. The
radiator if full, so that isn't the problem.

Any ideas?

Do the cooling fans come on? If not the thermoswitch is bad.

My 90 Integra does the same, I have leave the engine reved up at stop lights.
Other think I want to race them...
