My 91 accord has been sitting for a few weeks. When I try to jump it, it acts as if it's going to start, turns over and seems to get going, then when I let go of the key, it dies. Is this an electrical problem?

  2. It sounds as though it's running on one or two cylinders.
Probably lost compression for sitting or just has
a few bad plugs or ignition parts. Check compression.

    Thanks, Milo.
I found out that I have the same problem as a previos post by ubdumass (???) and was able to solve my problem by replacing the "ignition backer", an electronic component behind the steering wheel.
