Hi folks:

Wanted to know if changing transmission fluid is something one can do or
need to take it to a mechanic ? so also brake and steering fluids?

I read the Chilton's manual and thought its possible, but just wanted to
know if its easy enough to be done at home.
I have 91 Accord EX, Sedan and it just finished 150K miles. Also was
wondering if anyone can recommend which brand of
1) Transmission Fluid , 2) Coolant ,3) Brake Fluid and 4)Power steering
fluid are good for 91 Accords.

Any pointers to previous posts or websites giving ideas on this would be
appreciated.

Thanks in Advance !

Something you can do.

Can`t change easily - don't be discouraged.

(Recommend Honda brand - better protection) or aftermarket, (IMO)- I'm
avoiding synthetics.
2) Coolant

Recommend Honda brand, this contains extra special libricants for
water pump.
3) Brake Fluid

Normal brand.
4)Power steering

Honda brand only, but not Honda approve brands (IMO).
