90-94 Accord Auto Transmission Control Unit repair TCU blinking S

    There is an excellent article on the www.gearsmagazine.com website
    dealing with repair of these TCU's. The current issue,
    January/February 2004 is just out (free download) and has the article
    "Diagnosing ECU's: Part III." It goes into detail on this particular
    TCU. Wish I'd had this when I repaired mine a couple of months ago!
    I can say that I agree with what the author, Mike Van Dyke, says and
    similar repairs have worked for me. I did not replace quite as many
    parts as he did as some of his were replaced as a preventive measure.
    I may have to go back in sometime! The earlier Parts of this series
    are also available from the same source and make good background
    reading for TCU and ECU repair.
