89 Accord Headlights Fail to Come On

    My 89 Accord headlights open and retract fine but they won't light
    unless the dimmer switch his held in place. When you let go they go
    out. Any ideas? Thanks

    Blown fuse for the headlights?

    Defective headlight switch?
