    Looking for some advise please...

    Regarding an 87 Honda Accord.

The battery was dead one morning when I tried to start it. I tested
the battery, and found that it needed to be replaced.

The next morning, the new battery was dead.

I tested for shorts by pulling fuses, with a multimeter at the battery
    terminals.

The meter jumps from 8 ohms to 30 ohms when I pull the stop/horn fuse.
Anyone know what may be shorted?

    Thank you in advance!
