87 accord

    So I am a Honda enthusiast. And I just got an 87 accord with the a20a3 fuel injection.
    I Got it in a trade for a car stereo.
    I love it and I work on it all day every day. Most of the Time it's fun but some time it is aggravating.
    I am having a problem with the electrical system right now.
    I keep blowing the main fuse and have no clue what to do except maybe Take out all the wires and rewire the whole car.
    My second problem is that I have been having a problem with the pgm-fi light coming on an my motor getting gutless.
    Any suggestions?
    Also I am going to be getting a turbo for the car. I am a back yard mechanic so I would like any suggestions
