Guys, I think I'm starting to regret my purchase. The car is still brand new, just 9000 miles of light traffic.
A few days ago I noticed the steering becoming somewhat sticky and less responsive on the highway.
I already turned off the road assistance and lane keeping bullshit.

Basically you notice a 'heaviness' in the steering, like it doesn't immediately respond so you tend to turn harder than you normal need to. On the highway at 70 mph.... not good.
After arriving at my destination and driving back, the problem disappeared. Was it the cold weather or is it related to the numerous accidents that were recently reported by 'sticky' steering in Civic and Accord..
I can see how this could cause a deadly accident. All you need to do is over-correct a bit and at 70mph it doesn't take more than a second to crash
This experience makes me wonder whether I should sell the thing off quickly or if it's a known issue that can be repaired...
    Anyone else experienced anything similar?
