2010 crv issues

    My 2010 Honda Cr-v ex 2.4 non v-tec with 215,000 miles has recently started to give me a lean code but nothing else .it has always ran rough since I’ve had it I ran some live data with an OBD2 scanner and noticed some numbers that concern me. One is the mass air flow sensor is reading almost zero so I know it might be bad the MAP psi is also low and doesn’t change with throttle but another number that concerns me is the evap vp number is constantly fluctuating between really high and low but I have no evap codes when I scan it. Any ideas on what the issues could be?
