2010 CRV acceleration problem

    I had my timing chain ,tensioner,and vtc actuator whatever that is all replaced Sept, 2022 at the dealership. Everything cost 2500.00 It has been running fine except today it woudn't accelerate on the highway at all. I drove home at 30 miles per hour with the hazards on and feeling like it was going to stall. I just would like some advice please. should I go back to the dealer? trade it in? It has 171,000 miles on it The check engine light has been on forever but was blinking today
