2009 CRV passenger side tail light assembly replacement

Hi all,

Noticed the other day that the passenger side tail light had been broken. I took a look for OEM and it looks like they want $300ish? Is that correct? An autozone search comes back with 2 model numbers for the part?

Any advice?
