2005 CRV Oil Filter location

    Can anyone tell me the location of the oil filter on a 2005 CRV? I
    have not been able to find it. I have looked under hood and under the
    vehicle but cannot locate it! Also what if any special oil wrench is
    needed to replace it? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanx!!

    Since no one has answered, have you checked your manual? There should be a
    diagram there.

    The filter is on the side of the engine block, between the engine and
    the firewall and above the axle.
