2004 crv elusive idle issue

Hello, I own a manual 2004 crv and ive been having alot of idle issues that I cant seem to track down

I've probably spent the last few months trying to track down a possible vacume leak or just something
I've cleaned the throttle body, replaced the purge valve, the pcv, the iac, and the tps. I have visually inspected amd cleaned my imrc as well l, and I have visually inspected the lines and used the carb clean trick AND a idle relearn more times thwn I count and still have no results.

My problem that im having is when only while im driving it will shoot up to above 3k rpm usually only in low gears up to 3rd (or i just cant notice it beyond that) and I feel like i can hear a vacume leak when im accelerating (that or im going insane) when its parked it like to bounce between 1k and 1.5k rapidly,

Atp i have no idea what to do and im thinking about selling it (or junking it) because I dont wish another soul to have to fix this. If any one has any inkling on what I can do please for the love of God let me know.
