Has anyone had experience with really poor interior heating in a 2004
    Civic ?

The thermostat is working fine, and once the car has warmed up for a
few minutes the upper vents are blowing lots of warm air it's just
the output to the floor is very low temperature &low volume of air.

The dealers service advisor checked and said the flow was working and
that his civic was the same.

The heater is just not as good as in my older accord.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

I have noticed the same problem in my 2001 Civic. It's especially
noticeable on the really cold days. The ratio just doesn't seem right.
If I cranked the heat enough to warm my toes I'd be sweating in the
    driver's seat.
