2003 CRv and synthetic oil

Anyone have any recomendations for other than Honda oilon a 2003 CRV.
I understand there is no Synthetic 5W20 which the ownersmanual recommends.
I have used it on my previous Accord (10W30 though) with good results.

I just got a case of Penzoil 5W20.
1.29/qt - .40 of rebate = .89 at Pepboys.
