2003 Accord Auto Day/Night Mirror

My dealer never gave me the owner's manual for the Auto dimming
mirror. From messing with the buttons, it looks like there is some
sort of calibration. Does anyone have the manual that can tell me how
to use these buttons?

I'd go back to the dealer and ask for the manual.

I had the same problem when I first got my '03 Accord EX. I called the
dealer and they connected me with the company that installed the
mirror. I was told the compass would calibrate itself but just going
around the block several time...at least five. Once I did that it
worked. Have not had a problem since....that was about 5 months ago.
