2002 Honda Accord 2.3l issues with keeping speed at 80

    I have a 2002 Honda Accord 2.3l and when im on the highway i get the car up to 80 mph and the car will bog down and the speed drops to 70 mph and the rpm needle will bounce around 3000 to 3500 i let go of the throttle and start to pick up speed i can only get the car up to 60 any ideas on what could be the issue i dont think its the transmission
