2002 Civic door speakers....

    Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a website showing how to remove
    the front door speakers on a 2002 Civic?... One appears to have been blown
    and I popped off part of the door panel... but still didnt see how the
    speaker was removed from the door. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
