I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX and my a/c is not working. To make a long
story short the clutch on the compressor came off while driving down
the road. So I changed out the compressor along with expansion valve
and low pressure canister. But the a/c still doesn't work. I have found
the reason but don't know how to fix it. The computer on the car is
sending 5v to the ground side of the relay and I can't clear it. I
have disconnected the battery and checked the thermostat. Everything
seems to be working fine. I don't know what else to check. The new
compressor runs when jumping relay terminals and I was able to recharge
    the system by doing so.
