1996 Accord power lock motor

    My 1996 Accord's left rear door power lock motor is making a grinding noise
    when the lock is engaged.
    I would like to check it out but need help in removing the door panel, or at
    least the portion which houses the motor.
    Any instructions, advice or suggestions will br appreciated.
