1996 Accord - Driver's Window

    On my '96 accord, the driver's window makes a loud grinding noise when it goes down. At one point as it went down, it jammed and then wouldn't go up or down. So I managed to hold it with one hand while pulling up on the window and simultaneously with the other hand I depressed the switch (up/down) and finally was able to get it up all the way up again.

    It appears that the grinding sound begins about 1/2 of way down and then the window jams

    Does it need lube or is the regulartor require to be replaced?

    Noticed it happened after temperature warmed up, after a very cold number of days with temperature in the teens for a few days.

    Idea's - Suggestions?
