I replaced the upper control arm on my 1989 Accord, the ball joint was
shot. I also put in new bushings. The control arm and bushings were
after market (Moog). I re-assembled the control arm as per the shop
manual. Now I have a noise (sort of like a cracking) when the
suspension is flexed up and down on the side that was replaced. It
seems to be coming from the bushings. Has anybody experienced this
before ? I used chassis grease when I re-assembled the control arm.
    Any help would be appreciated.

How did you install the bushings? You want to make sure that you don't
damage the flat side when installing them, or they can make noise... I
buggered up a pair recently when I got into a hurry, and they squeaked for a
    little while.
