'03 Accord door not aligned

I noticed this morning as I approached my car from the rear that the forward
edge of the driver's door is not flushed with the fender. The fender sticks
out noticeably more (if I pointed it out to you). I checked the passenger's
side and it's not the case. I know this is cosmetic but it's a new car and a
honda. Should I have the dealer fiddle with it?

Since it is under warranty, I would let the dealer do it. I wonder if the
vehicle was ever involved in an accident such as when some crazy customer
was taking it on a test drive. The Honda Shop could have fixed it and
tried to sell it as if it was a new vehicle never involved in an accident.
It could also have been damaged when they were taking it off a train or
huge auto transport truck.
You may even consider demanding a new vehicle if it less than a month old.
They may try to blame you for having an accident.

I think it's more of the door not aligned properly than possible accidents.
My concern is would the dealer have the right tools to re-align it or is
this more of a factory thing? Do they simply just do it by eye? Will the
door start leaking if they start fiddling with it?
