'03 Accord Coupe seat belt retractor

    The driver's side seat beat in my 'O3 V6 coupe doesn't do much of
    anything now. It rarely retracts and the belt just flops around when I
    take it off and get out of the car.

    Anyone else seeing this problem?

    I realize that seat belts have a lifetime warranty, but I'm just
    curious as to how many others are seeing the same thing.
